Brand Identity

TRANSFORMING SURFACES

Laparet derives its name from the Italian phrase "la parete," meaning "the wall."

While creating the Laparet brand we drew our inspiration from the small town of Diamante, situated in the southernmost part of Italy, on the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The residents of Diamante, which used to be a typical fishing village, chose to turn their town into a magnificent piece of art by covering the walls with paintings. Today, Diamante is known as the mural town, attracting visitors from all corners of the globe, and considered the most colorful place on earth. The open-air museum features hundreds of brightly painted murals on the walls of buildings, showcasing works of art from realism to cubism, from primitivism to abstraction.

We were enchanted by the story of this marvelous town, where something as simple as a wall became an artist's canvas.

As a tribute to Diamante, we incorporated a shell into the Laparet logo. This mascot serves as a reminder of the town's beauty and artistic spirit.
